Who we are

Brand the 911 is a personal project run by its founders, Fredy C. Andrei and Rares I. Toma ("we", "us"). Contact: tryestera@gmail.com. We are the data controller for everything described here.

What we collect when you book a spot

Email address — to confirm your booking and contact you if there's an issue with your logo or payment.

Brand name, logo image, and website or X handle — what gets published on the car and on this site once your booking is paid.

Spot, size, price, and booking time — needed to run the booking and shown publicly once paid.

A payment reference — the identifiers Dodo Payments returns for your payment, so it can be refunded if needed. Card numbers never reach this site; they are entered directly on Dodo Payments' own page.

We don't ask for your name, address, or phone number, and there is no account to create — paying is what books a spot.

What is public and what is not

Once a booking is paid, the brand name, logo, and website or X handle appear on the 3D car and on this site — that is the point. Your email address is never published and is never shared with other bookers.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. Visitor numbers come from DataFast in its cookieless mode: it records your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the page you landed on, and turns them into a pseudonymous identifier that rotates roughly every 24 hours. There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, and no profile of you.

Who processes your data

Supabase — hosts the database and stores booking and logo data.

Dodo Payments — handles checkout and refunds, and holds the card details this site never sees.

Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

DataFast — counts visits, without cookies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything other than running this project.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as the sticker is on the car, since they are the record of who booked what. If a booking is rejected or you ask us to delete it, it and the uploaded logo go within 30 days.

Records of money — payments and refunds — are kept for as long as applicable accounting and tax law requires, regardless of any deletion request, because that obligation isn't ours to waive.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing tryestera@gmail.com. We will handle it within a month.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email everyone holding a spot. The date at the top always shows the current version.
